Following a post on facebook regarding damage caused to a picnic bench at Bromham Mill during lockdown, local resident Michael Craddock set up a Go Fund Me page to raise funds to buy a replacement bench showing these people that Bromham always comes back stronger together.
Michael was proposing that we raise the money (£365) to replace the bench BUT go one better and make it a wheelchair accessible bench so everybody in Bromham can enjoy our lovely Mill.
By the time the page was closed a total of £569 was raised (£541 after fees)!!
