The Planning Inspector has dismissed the Appeal for 80 houses on Land East of Oakley Road. The main reasons were lack of sustainability due to difficult walking access to the village centre and distance from bus stops, also he considered there to be an adverse visual impact on the landscape if the development went ahead.
